This book includes all the remaining material from the Old Testament. It may seem, at times, to be disjointed. But this volume recognises that the story took place over many years and under the oversight of several foreign empires and emperors. As a consequence, the use of foreign kingdoms and emperors has been used to anchor the narrative in its various different historical settings. As per Books 2 and 3, all psalms that can be historically identified are included in the Narrative section. The remainder—the majority—are located in thematic order at the back of the book.
