Part 3: From the division of the kingdom to the destruction of Jerusalem

The narrative begins with the division of the kingdom, and swings backwards and forwards from the southern kingdom of Judah to the northern kingdom of Israel, and from Assyria to Babylon. To help the flow of the narrative, a summary of rulers and prophets has been included at the beginning of each chapter, and each heading has been prefaced with the location of the action. As per Book 2, all the psalms that can be reasonably identified as fitting the historical period have been included in this book. Those that can be historically identified are included in the Narrative.
